Job summary

Hope Forest Academy in Paisley, FL is seeking a Group Supervisor to oversee safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of youth through Coach Counselors. The role includes guiding policy, procedures, and schedules to the team, under the Shift Supervisor.

We value empathy, patience, and respect, require a high school diploma, at least 1 year in a similar supervisory role, and ability to pass background checks and TB test.

Qualifications

• Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have a desire to work with at-risk teens and direct care experience with youth is preferred.
• Have at least 1 year in a similar supervisory role.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise youth through Coach Counselors, ensuring safety and care.
• Provide leadership on policy, procedures, schedules and best practices.
• Direct and supervise youth and staff to meet service expectations.
• Report to the Shift Supervisor.
