Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Sustainability preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Safety, Health and Environmental or related Factory/Manufacturing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction safety for the project team across local, regional and global resources.
• Develop and execute the construction safety strategy aligned with OSHA and company policies.
• Ensure safety policies and requirements are followed throughout the project.
• Train project and construction teams on safety rules and procedures.
• Investigate incidents and support risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Plan and conduct emergency evacuation simulations and safety drills.
