Source, negotiate, and close new group rental opportunities across corporate, leisure, sports, and event segments.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of accounts, ensuring consistent booking pace and revenue growth.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and contract negotiations to win new business.
Partner with Revenue Management to align pricing and optimize group rental performance.
Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to ensure flawless group arrivals and guest satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
3 or more years of proven group sales experience in hospitality, rentals, or related industries.
Track record of meeting and exceeding group sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools, contracting, and sales reporting.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as business requires.
Willingness to travel regionally (20–30%) for client meetings and events.
