Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing POS tapes/journals and breakdown revenue, covers, tips, and settlements.
• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, POS and the computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle computer problems during the shift.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for next day operations.
• Maintain attendance and be available to work on a regular basis.
