Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hotel front desk experience
• Knowledge of Hilton systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Process group reservations: coordinate rooming lists, event details, and billing requirements
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to verify and relay reservation information
• Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients, guests, and team members
• Support departmental initiatives and ad-hoc assignments
• Assist managers with clerical tasks such as word processing, data entry, and filing
