Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping management experience.
• Flexible scheduling ability.
• Union hotel experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily housekeeping operations: oversee cleanliness, service, and product quality in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Manage room readiness: assign and inspect rooms, verify status, and report updates for timely availability.
• Monitor inventory: maintain stock levels for linens and supplies, ensure carts and storage areas are stocked.
• Support operational efficiency: track payroll reports, manage work schedules, oversee lost and found program.
• Coordinate maintenance needs: work with Engineering and Property Operations for timely repairs.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach, and foster a positive work environment.
