Job summary

You will work with the culinary team, manage room blocks, and prepare reports while maintaining inventory and communications for events and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Group Reservations experience.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support banquet and events setup in coordination with culinary and front desk teams.
• Manage reservations and room blocks using OPERA and SharePoint.
• Prepare weekly reports and forecasts for occupancy and events.
• Coordinate with JetBlue trainees and Lodge staff for seamless service.
• Maintain signage, orientation materials, and event sheets for groups.
