The Lodge at JetBlue is managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality and offers a unique role supporting JetBlue trainees through banquet, reservations and front desk operations at Orlando International Airport.

You will coordinate events, manage room setups, assist with food and beverage planning, and uphold service standards across all guest interactions while working with the culinary team and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Banquets / Events: Create banquet event orders (BEOs) that include food and beverage requirements, pricing, and room setup details.
• Coordinate reservations and events, assist the front desk operations, and prepare reports.
• Assist with MICROS and OPERA systems and maintain event-related inventory.
