Job summary

Oscar is hiring a Group Product Manager, Member Coverage & Support Platform to lead the product team in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). You will own a large, technically complex area including coverage data integrations, billing workflows, and support tooling for member and agent experiences.

You will set vision and strategy, collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Data, Design, and business leaders, and mentor PMs while driving improvements in member satisfaction,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading technical platform products, internal tools, workflow systems, APIs, or integrations.
• Experience managing complex product areas with multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex problems into strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Oscar's Member Coverage & Support platforms.
• Lead product strategy across technical systems that support member coverage, billing, payments, service workflows, integrations, and APIs.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Data, Design, and business leadership to modernize legacy tools and improve scalability.
• Improve tools and workflows that help support teams resolve member issues quickly and accurately.
• Drive improvements in operational and member experience outcomes, including first call resolution and escalation rates.
• Develop product strategies for evolving support models, including AI for simpler inquiries.
• Translate complex concepts into clear priorities and narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve end-to-end member journeys.
