Job summary

Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, is hiring a Product Manager leader to mentor IT product managers and shape the product strategy and roadmap. You will align features with business goals, prioritize value, and ensure agile practices across teams.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making, with collaboration across engineering, design, and marketing in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in product management, including 2+ in leadership roles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of IT product managers.
• Set objectives and ensure resources and tools are available.
• Define and shape product strategy and feature roadmap with leadership.
• Prioritize features to deliver value and impact.
• Ensure agile practices and quality standards across development.
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for dev teams.
• Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and communicate updates.
• Foster partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams.
