Job summary

Holman, a family-owned global automotive services company based in Rancho Cordova, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a fast-paced product and process development team. You will steward engineering, manufacturing and operations initiatives, ensuring execution aligns with strategic goals.

You will manage staff, mentor engineers and designers, drive ROI analyses, and coordinate with sales, marketing and manufacturing to bring new products to market while maintaining quality and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Project Management training or certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of management experience leading a team.
• 5 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations roles.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• Ensures that department goals are met and adheres to approved budgets.
• Extensive knowledge of department processes.
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges.
• Promotes efficiencies through process improvements.
