Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead product strategy and portfolio execution. You will guide discovery, define roadmaps, and mentor a small team of product managers and business analysts.

You will work across functions to align initiatives with company goals and drive data-driven, KPI-focused decisions. You will manage a portfolio of digital products, collaborate with stakeholders, and report to senior leadership on impact and progress.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in a customer-facing, technology-related role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven success in building business cases, roadmaps, and product execution strategies
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills across engineers to C-level executives

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals
• Lead an Agile development team through discovery and execution, managing the backlog
• Use data-driven strategies to inform decisions and track KPIs
• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals
• Mentor and lead product managers and business analysts through the Agile process
• Interface with senior leadership to report on impact and progress of product portfolios
