Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Core Infrastructure, including compute, networking, multi-region and platform reliability.
• Define SLOs, capacity planning, failover, and incident targets for global uptime.
• Evaluate cloud infra tech (Kubernetes, service mesh, storage, observability, IaC) and balance build vs buy.
• Align infra investments with business priorities, optimize cloud spend, meet regulatory needs.
• Build self-serve capabilities to improve developer experience and reduce provisioning friction.
• Analyze utilization to drive cost optimization and executive investment cases.
