Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Group Product Manager for Core Infrastructure & Reliability. Own the product vision and multi-year strategy for Coinbase's cloud infrastructure, partnering with Engineering, SRE, Security, and Finance to ensure reliable, cost-efficient operations across environments.

You will drive architecture for compute, networking, and platform reliability, lead cloud technology evaluations, and align spend with business priorities while improving developer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or infra reliability at scale.
• Technical depth to engage with compute, networking, storage, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Core Infrastructure across compute, networking, multi-region, and multi-cloud architecture.
• Define platform reliability programs with SLOs, capacity planning, and incident reduction targets.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of cloud infra technologies (Kubernetes, service mesh, observability, IaC).
• Align infra investments with business priorities and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Shape how product and engineering teams consume infrastructure with self-serve capabilities and improved developer experience.
• Drive cost strategy by analyzing utilization and translating metrics into investment cases.
