Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or reliability at scale.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year infrastructure strategies improving reliability and cost.
• Technical depth to discuss compute, networking, storage, Kubernetes, multi-cloud designs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in regulated, high-trust environments.
• Ability to articulate complex strategy and cost tradeoffs to senior leadership.
• Responsible use of AI to improve workflows with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Core Infrastructure across multi-region, multi-cloud.
• Define platform reliability programs, SLOs, capacity planning, and incident targets.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of cloud infra technologies and IaC practices.
• Align infra investments with business priorities, optimizing cloud spend.
• Shape how teams consume infrastructure with self-serve capabilities and better UX.
• Translate metrics into executive investment cases and growth plans.
