Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 5 years of experience in fraud and risk management, counter-abuse, trust and safety, or identity verification platforms.
• Experience leading internal product initiatives cross-functionally with engineering and senior level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anti-abuse solutions that increase trust and mitigate seller abuse across Google products.
• Collaborate with anti-abuse teams to understand problems, identify abuse vectors, and deploy solutions.
• Drive AI technology integration across the PayTrust group and product offerings.
• Develop and implement AI productivity multipliers at personal, team, and group levels.
• Execute roadmaps and adjust them to meet long-term abuse challenges and business goals.
