Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Manager to guide anti-abuse solutions across Ads, AdSense, YouTube, Play, Cloud, and other products. You will work cross-functionally to translate complex problems into actionable product plans, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver secure, scalable payments and trust-enhancing features.

You will lead initiatives integrating AI and security capabilities, shaping roadmap direction and success metrics that drive user trust at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g. ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1).
• 5 years of experience in fraud and risk management, counter-abuse, trust and safety, or identity verification platforms.
• Experience leading internal product initiatives cross-functionally with engineering and senior level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small group of product managers across Product Areas, developing long-term direction and strategy to address abuse challenges.
• Execute against the roadmaps and adjust them tactically as needed.
• Develop, articulate, and implement AI integration strategy across the group and our product offering.
• Establish an impact measurement framework with OKRs and track them.
• Extend foundational capabilities through new challenges, identity verifications, and trust signals.
