Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Lead Group Product Manager for Ads and Commerce within Payments Risk to guide enterprise risk products from concept to launch. You will connect technical and business teams to shape a scalable roadmap and align stakeholders across Google’s Payments Platform.

You will lead risk management capabilities, partnering with engineers, data scientists, and operations to scale solutions for Google’s enterprise products, while driving organizational excellence and team health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience in online trust and safety or risk management product.
• Experience launching AI or ML products or features, partnering with operations, analytics, data science, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Guide products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business worlds.
• Build risk management function and provide product expertise for Google Payments Platform.
• Advocate organizational and operational excellence; resolve cross-team ambiguities and manage hiring goals.
• Foster psychological safety and mentor team members to career milestones.
