Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years business experience, with 5+ years in pharma marketing.
• Proven in-line marketing experience and success is required.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Demonstrated people management experience is required.
• Sales and/or Sales leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership in a matrix environment and aptitude for structured leadership.
• Ability to think strategically and challenge the status quo.
• Strong verbal, written and executive communication skills with presentation ability.
• Experience building AI literacy within teams and responsible AI usage.
• Commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of short- and long-term professional marketing strategies and tactics for DARZALEX®.
• Position DARZALEX effectively in combination with novel therapies.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop assets based on key insights.
• Drive implementation of AI initiatives as a Lighthouse Brand ambassador.
• Manage agencies for HCP tactics and training.
• Lead media and digital strategy and asset creation for HCP audiences.
• Develop medical education content (unbranded and branded).
• Manage budgeting for agency and media spend; monitor spend efficiency.
• Partner with market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics to deepen insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop professional marketing plans for the U.S. business.
• Support franchise cross-functional initiatives, including agile marketing.
• Work with legal, medical, regulatory & HCC on marketing materials approvals.
• Oversee direct reports and provide coaching and development.
