Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Director, Market Development, Multiple Myeloma, to be located in Horsham, PA. The role focuses on developing market development strategy, driving KOL engagement, and coordinating across brand marketing, field sales, and medical affairs to advance oncology initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver market insights, craft brand advocacy programs, and shape initiatives for multiple myeloma brands with a global health impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant business experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales/Marketing/Managed Care/Pricing or leadership programs.
• Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight/weekend travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of Market Development and KOL strategy with TLL and brand teams.
• Drive KOL identification and engagement plans.
• Develop Third Party program strategy with TLL to execute.
• Define and track brand advocacy among target KOLs.
• Develop and deliver TLL playbooks for assigned brands.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and partners; drive initiatives.
