Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry seeks a Group Practice Leader to oversee predoctoral clinical education within its vertical group practice. You will mentor dental students from DS1-DS4 and supervise direct patient care in a high‑quality, ethical environment.

Work with the OAS and OCS, track student progress, coordinate clinical operations, and participate in GPL meetings to drive improvements in patient care and education.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree and Oregon dental license.
• 4–7 years of direct patient care or supervision.
• BLS certification; onboarding will occur during onboarding.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct patient care and mentor dental students.
• Manage patient care processes and treatment plans with students.
• Coordinate with OAS and OCS on student progress and KPIs.
• Organize Group Huddles and participate in GPL meetings.
• Teach DMD preclinical/clinical courses and engage in committee work.
