Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead BI and Data Science product management for Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, and Store Operations. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for intelligence products that help teams plan assortments, manage inventory, and optimize seasonal decisions.

This hands‑on leadership role requires guiding BI PMs, coordinating across data science and engineering, and driving outcomes that improve decision quality and store execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading product efforts in BI, data science, or analytics.
• Experience building and managing product portfolios in retail or operations‑heavy settings.
• Strong leadership and ability to translate business needs into product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio strategy and roadmap for BI, analytics, and data science products across Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, and Store Operations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including data science, engineering, and analytics to deliver scalable products.
• Define clear outcomes, measurement plans, and delivery roadmaps for the intelligence portfolio.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritization, and post‑launch value tracking.
• Develop and mentor product talent, including internal and third‑party PMs.
