Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of planning or merchandising experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops Omni Channel department financial plans that align with department and company goals.
• Develops assortment plans with buyers to align item plans to financial plans.
• Partners with stakeholders to deliver plans in season and optimize sales, margin and GMROI.
• Collaborates with vendors to align forecasts and maximize profitability.
• Works with inventory teams to maximize inventory productivity.
