Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead BI and data science product management across Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, and Store Operations. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for intelligence products that enable forecasting, optimization, and self-service analytics.

This role partners across business and tech teams to deliver scalable data products that improve decision quality.

Qualifications

Experience leading BI product portfolios across merchandising, stores, planning, and supply chain.
Strong leadership and ability to align senior business and technology stakeholders.
Technical fluency in data platforms, BI tools, analytics engineering, forecasting, ML-enabled decision systems.

Responsibilities

Own portfolio strategy and roadmap for BI, reporting, analytics, and decision support.
Lead store operations intelligence for senior leaders and field teams.
Define where data science should change decisions with high-value opportunities.
Translate ambiguous business asks into measurable product problems and roadmaps.
Modernize reporting with certified metrics, semantic layers, and self-service analytics.
Establish portfolio governance and post-launch value tracking.
Develop product talent and manage internal and external PM resources.
Measure impact via outcomes like decision quality, forecast accuracy, and ROI.
