The Group Performance Leader (previously referred to as Production Supervisor) is responsible for the Plant Operations (Safety, Service, Quality, Cost, and Productivity); and includes the planning and on-time execution of the production schedule, achieving Performance KPIs and Targets, addressing challenges affecting improved and sustained performance initiatives in all key areas, assigning resources as needed, as well as reporting performance and relevant issues into the daily integration meetings.
