JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. is seeking a Coordinating Group Manager to lead the management team, driving safety, quality, production, and training initiatives across the group. The role requires coordinating multiple coordinators and ensuring adherence to lean manufacturing principles.

You will supervise, plan, assign work, develop team members, and lead continuous improvement projects. This full-time role offers exposure to global operations and a path for leadership within JELD-WEN.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA or equivalent and proven experience in lean manufacturing within a production environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams; strong safety and quality focus.
• Ability to plan, assign, and direct work while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assures training is current for reports (safety, process, quality).
• Assigns Group Managers and Leaders to meet production requirements.
• Interprets process specifications for team.
• Monitors production and adjusts work assignments, supply of material, and machine operation.
• Shifts labor around for production needs.
• Prioritizes production plan using schedule aides and run lists.
• Develops team members and drives continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory.
