Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager Logistics I to oversee financial, operational and employee aspects across multiple accounts. You’ll drive profitable retention and growth, ensuring safety, KPI targets and customer satisfaction while leading location processes and staff development.

The role emphasizes leadership across CLS/CLC teams, SOX-related tasks, and continuous improvement within a Fortune 500 logistics powerhouse with 85+ years in business.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or supply chain; 2+ years relevant experience accepted.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 5+ years in managing, leading and developing direct reports.
• 5+ years in managing large multi-level teams.
• 3+ years in logistics solutions and project management.
• 1 year or more in managing customer KPIs.

Mansioni

• Set goals, assess development needs, IDPs, and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop direct and indirect reports and maintain staffing levels.
• Create location processes and train CLS/CLC staff.
• Improve KPI tracking, customer satisfaction and transportation management knowledge.
• Reduce accidents and unnecessary overtime; support safety reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement and assign responsibilities across locations.
