Job summary

Rite of Passage Team at Uta Halee Academy in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a Group Leader to supervise students and ensure safety and care around the clock. You will work with Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors to meet service expectations.

The role requires at least 60 college hours or military experience, plus a minimum of one year in a supervisory role and being at least 21.

Qualifications

• Have at least 60 hours of college education and/or military experience.
• Have at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students.
• Direct and supervise Senior Coach Counselors and staff.
• Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary decisions.
• Provide a supportive environment addressing youth needs.
