Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with at-risk youth in residential, juvenile detention, or treatment settings.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
• Have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students.
• Direct supervision through Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors.
• Participate in decisions to evaluate performance, reward or discipline staff.
• Direct staff to meet service expectations and provide direct care hours as needed.
