Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Pay: starting at $20/hour

What you will do: As Group Leader, you will be operationally responsible for the safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program, through the work performed by Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors. The Group Leader’s supervisory duties may also include participation in decisions to evaluate performance, reward or discipline other employees, or responsibility to direct them. The Group Leader exercises his/her authority daily by directing and supervising both students and staff to meet service expectations. This role involves direct care hours with at-risk youth to provide a supportive environment that addresses their needs.
Schedule: Looking to fill B shift with a schedule of 3.5/days on and 3.5 days off
Wednesday from 2 p.m. - 10 p.m., and Thursday - Saturday from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
