Job summary

Eurofins Scientific announces a full-time laboratory position in Portage, MI. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or a related field and US work authorization.

The candidate will coordinate workflows, monitor TAT, and lead investigations to identify root causes and CAPAs, while driving LEAN initiatives. Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT
• Conduct semi-annual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, evaluate succession plans in preparation for growth
• Perform work for both routine and non-routine work as specified by separate and applicable technical job description for individual
• Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements
• Troubleshoot and solve both instrumental and method issues
• Lead and write investigations independently, establish root cause and robust CAPA
• Support and drive LEAN initiatives and operational improvements
• Perform all functions in support of and in compliance with all state and federal employment regulations
