Job summary

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing North America in Portage, MI, is seeking a skilled laboratory professional to coordinate workflow and monitor turnaround times while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or a related field with at least 4 years of laboratory experience, and the legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT.
• Conduct semi-annual performance reviews and interview applicants; maintain training records and succession plans.
• Perform routine and non-routine work as specified by technical job descriptions.
• Coach, train, and develop others within the group for personal development and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot instrumental and method issues.
• Lead investigations; establish root cause and robust CAPA.
• Support LEAN initiatives and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday through Thursday, 2pm - 12am. 4x10 schedule, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Portage, MI are encouraged to apply.
