Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of total quality and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in data capture and process measurement.

Responsibilities

• Create and promote a safe working environment by participating in safety audits and implementing safety improvements.
• Supervise equipment and personnel to optimize efficiency and meet schedules.
• Lead plant improvement programs with Quality to improve yields.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure critical equipment is serviced and maintained.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct cycle counts.
