Job summary

Verdantas is seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor to serve as Group Leader for our Mid-Atlantic surveying team. You will supervise survey crew chiefs and technicians delivering boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction layout, and utility surveys across Eastern PA, Delaware, and Maryland while supporting the national Reality Capture program.

Qualifications

• PA/DE/MD PLS license or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe.
• 10+ years of progressive land surveying experience with leadership.
• Proven experience leading survey teams and complex projects.
• Strong client relationships and business development capabilities.
• Solid CAD/GIS workflows and survey data management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of survey crew chiefs, technicians, and staff across offices.
• Manage client relationships and drive business development efforts.
• Provide technical oversight for boundary, ALTA, topographic, and utility surveys.
• Ensure QA/QC, licensure compliance, safety, and workflow standards.
