Job summary

Lennox, a century-old HVAC leader, seeks an hourly production associate for our Arkansas facility. You will set up and operate production machines, interpret blueprints, and adjust settings to meet specifications with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic comprehension of mechanical diagrams.
• Able to interpret a part drawing.
• Requires basic math skills, including fractions and decimals, to read measurement tools.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position on a concrete surface work area.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates a production machine according to procedures and guidelines.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Performs a variety of tasks as required.
