Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital ad operations with leadership experience.
• Hands-on CM360 expertise is mandatory.
• Experience leading ad traffickers/coordinators and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for Ad Trafficking & Operations.
• Oversee workflow from campaign setup to reporting with QA and SLAs.
• Drive standardization and automation to improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance on advanced tracking across CM360, Innovid, Flashtalking.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
