Kidsborough in Winchester, MA is seeking Group Leaders to supervise and lead enrichment activities after school. You will guide art, STEM, sports, music, drama, and other hands-on experiences while prioritizing safety and inclusion.
You will work with school-age children, upholding MA EEC regulations and Kidsborough policies, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 1:45 PM–6:00 PM, and a minimum of two afternoons per week.

We are currently seeking Group Leaders to join our team in Winchester, MA. Applicants who do not meet the qualifications for a Group Leader position are encouraged to apply, as they may be considered for an Assistant Group Leader role.

Group Leaders create a positive, safe, and engaging environment where children develop academically, socially, and physically. They plan and lead enrichment activities such as art, STEM, sports, music, drama, games, and other hands-on experiences while ensuring the health, safety, and well‑being of every child in the program.
