Job summary

Tween School 'n Home Child Care Program in Hopkinton, NH seeks a Group Leader for the 2026/2027 school year. The role requires planning and implementing daily enrichment activities for school-age children (K-6).

The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, caring, and self-motivated, with at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and one of the following: 600 hours of experience with school-age children, or 3 credits in early education-related areas, or a certified coach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily enrichment activities for school-age children (K-6).

'Tween School 'n Home Child Care Program is a Non-Profit licensed after school program which has been serving the Hopkinton community for 43 years and won “After School Program of the Year” for all of NH for 2026. We offer an engaging fun-filled and educational program for school age (K-6) children during the school year.

We are seeking a Group Leader to join our growing professional team. The ideal candidate will be a creative, energetic, caring and self motivated individual capable of planning and implementing daily enrichment activities. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalency diploma, and one of the following:

• Experience working with school-age children, totaling 600 hours;
• Documentation of at least 3 credits in elementary education, human growth and development, behavior management or recreation or early childhood education;
• Documentation that she or he is a certified coach;

We seek an individual who has an interest in growing as a professional in this field and encourage staff development through financial assistance for Professional Development and the NH State Credential process.

This is a part time position for the 2026/2027 school year and requires availability from 2:00 to 5:30 during the school year.

Starting wage are $17/hour depending on education & experience.
