Job summary

Qualifications

Group Lead Supervisor – Industrial Cleaner

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for a Group Lead Supervisor Industrial Cleaner for our client located at Mercedes Benz , Ladson ,SC.

We are looking for a individuals with previous Group Lead Supervisor experience . Should be reflected on the Resume. Supervising 7-8 employees, including a team lead. Your duties would be different as listed below while including Group Lead Paperwork and Supervising your team to make sure they are performing to the best of their abilities while inspecting their work.

Pay rate:

1st: $25.00

3rd:$25.00

Shifts Available:

1st shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

3rd shift : 10:00 pm to 6:30 am

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in industrial settings.
• Utilizing core skills in industrial cleaning and sanitation
• Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment
• Additionally, your ability to perform heavy lifting and your experience in commercial cleaning will contribute to the efficiency of the cleaning process.
• This is for an industrial plant.

Job Duties:

• Duct Cleaning
• Attention to detail
• Operation of commercial pressure washing equipment
• Large machinery cleaning
• Clearing and scraping paint line grates
• Scrubbing processing tanks and vats.
• Transporting trash and waste to appropriate disposal areas.
• Cleaning screens and filters

Requirements:

• 1+ year of industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-screening background check and drug test
• Must be able to complete and pass required safety testing
• Must be capable of moving heavy grates and other items in the paint shop
• Cannot be afraid of heights
• Must be able pass E-Verify
