Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is hiring Industrial Cleaners for our client in the Automotive industry located in Vance, Alabama. Industrial cleaning experience is a plus; MUST BE ABLE TO BE BADGED FOR MERCEDES-BENZ MBUSI. Automotive industry experience is a must-have.

Pay rate: $17.00 - $19.00. Shifts include temp-to-hire, weekend shifts, and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience required.
• Must be able to be badge d MBUSI.
• E-Verify
• Understanding of 5S and ISO procedures
• Lifting 50 pounds or more
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Sort and rework per work instructions.
• Follow all work instructions.
• Perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Notify Supervisor if you cannot follow instructions.
• Report issues like broken/missing tools or PPE shortages.
• Clean windows, walls, floors and take out trash.
• Make daily reports.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Duties:

• Participate in sorting and reworking, etc., as required per work instructions
• Follow all work instructions given
• Work assignments are performed in a safe and efficient manner
• Notify Supervisor immediately if you are not able to follow the Work
• Instructions as they appear, i.e., broken/missing tools, lack of PPE, lack of understanding, etc.
• Cleaning Windows and walls, floor, taking trash out, scraping, and all other needs
• Make daily reports
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Automotive experience a must have.

• Must be able to be badged at MBUSI
• Be a team player - help your team when needed.
• A commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Be able to wear PPE at all times - while on the production floor.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
