Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Group Lead for the Quality Department to provide technical leadership, training, and guidance to the quality team. The role focuses on keeping the department operating on schedule, leading safety initiatives, and coordinating with maintenance and production managers to resolve issues.

You will perform audits, maintain spec files, and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must have ability to lead and guide a production quality team.
• Strong focus on safety practices and coaching.
• Experience training team members and coordinating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Quality Dept. team.
• Ensure department operations run on schedule and coordinate with maintenance.
• Perform audits and update specifications as needed.
• Coordinate with shift managers and document reports.
