Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a senior quality leader to direct the organization's quality strategy, including product safety, laboratory operations, process improvement, and customer support. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, customers and suppliers to solve problems, build a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.

Lead the quality team and drive supplier quality and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Paper Science, Quality, Packaging Eng, Business)
• 10+ years in quality, laboratory or technical management
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, SPC, ISO, food safety, control plans, and CI methodologies
• Proven leadership, planning, performance management and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the division's Quality Management System, Product Safety and Quality Plan, laboratory operations, and compliance programs
• Champion a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
• Drive improvements in manufacturing process capability, product performance, and quality using data analysis and root cause analysis
• Lead and develop the technical and quality team, building capabilities and succession plans
• Partner with Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, customers and suppliers to resolve challenges and identify improvement opportunities
• Oversee customer complaint investigations and corrective actions, ensuring timely communication and sustainable solutions
