Job summary

ISN is seeking a Group Supervisor – Product Design to lead multiple projects and guide a team of product designers in Dallas. You will split time between hands-on design work and people leadership, driving high-quality UX across ISN products.

You bring 9+ years in UX/UI design, 2+ years supervising designers, a user-centered approach, strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma. Familiarity with AI-enabled design workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI).
• 2+ years supervising product designers.
• User-centered problem solving with research, analytics, empathy, strong design intuition, best practices, and accessible design.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled design, prototyping, and development tools and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling customer experiences for ISN products as a hands-on lead designer, splitting time between project work and supervising the team.
• Lead initiatives to simplify the UI and improve UX across ISN products.
• Lead the development and evolution of enterprise design standards and ISN's design system.
• Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and AI-powered improvements to optimize workflows.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the Product Design team to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Document design guidelines and share knowledge on components and patterns.
