Job summary

ISNetworld in Dallas, TX seeks a Group Supervisor – Product Design to lead multiple projects and supervise a design team. You will drive UI/UX improvements, promote enterprise design standards, and oversee a design system rollout.

Expect hands-on design work combined with people leadership to meet product goals. The role requires 9+ years in product design, 2+ years in supervising designers, strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma.

Qualifications

9+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI).
2+ years supervising product designers.
User-centered problem solving with research, analytics, empathy and accessibility.
Proficient in Figma.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills.
Familiarity with AI-enabled design, prototyping and workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design compelling customer experiences for ISN products as hands-on lead designer.
Split time between project work and supervising the team.
Lead UI/UX simplification and improvements across ISN products.
Develop and evolve enterprise design standards and the design system.
Identify and implement new technologies, AI-driven improvements to optimize workflows.
Coach and mentor the Product Design team to deliver high-quality results.
Document design guidelines and share knowledge on components and patterns.
