Lead cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement while meeting production goals.

This role emphasizes leadership presence without direct reports and requires a high school diploma and manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of the production line for smooth operation.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to resolve issues.
• Communicate daily production activities with Supervisors.
• Support troubleshooting related to product performance or quality.
• Assist on the production line and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Support production goals and overtime as needed.
• Ensure compliance with TS16949 and ISO14000 and procedures.
• Complete reports for output, scrap, downtime.
• Record equipment settings and conditions using check sheets.
• Perform in-process checks with gauges to verify dimensions.
