• Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality, maintenance) to address operational challenges and improve processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Perform performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and production schedules.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
