Job summary

Pathfinder is seeking an Assistant Director of Group Home Supports in Huntington, IN to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across residential programs. The role focuses on high-quality, person-centered services and compliant operations to positively impact individuals supported.

You will lead Group Home Managers, guide program development, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with HR, Accounting, and IT to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in roles with increasing responsibility in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or management position.
• Proven team management skills and the desire to develop direct reports.
• Ability to interpret or learn to interpret financials.
• Positive attitude and team player who welcomes collaborative decision making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Group Home Managers and QIDPs across service areas.
• Coach, mentor, and develop leaders to strengthen team performance and service quality.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and person-centered thinking.
