Qualifications

• 4 years of full-time direct care experience or relevant nursing/assisted living background.
• 1 year of full-time experience with a BA/BS in Human Services.
• 2 years of full-time experience with an Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and leadership to staff.
• Ensure compliance with 245D regulations and Fraser policies.
• Support active treatment service development.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise staff professional development.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients and families.
• Maintain client and staff records.
• Participate in emergency response activities.
