Job summary

Qualifications

• Driver’s license endorsement and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and individuals in assigned group homes.
• Conduct home visits and document all activities.
• Ensure compliance with CQL, QA and licensure requirements.
• Train staff on ISP processes during weekly visits.
• Coordinate with Case Management and manage scheduling.
• Assist in on-call rotations and daily notes corrections.
