Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years’ administrative supervisory experience in the field of intellectual disabilities will receive consideration in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff and individuals in group homes.
• Perform home visits and complete documentation to meet CQL, QA, and Licensure requirements.
• Oversee consents and coordination with Case Management.
• Train staff on ISP procedures during weekly home visits and maintain staff training on Paycom.
